ORDERS

When the Customer / User makes an order to purchase a product from our online store smelloo.com: We send an e-mail confirming its acceptance containing the details of the order. An order made through our online shop smelloo.com represents and is considered an offer to purchase a product “subject to review”. The order is considered accepted when the Customer receives an e-mail about the execution and sending of the order.

When the customer places an order, the customer has to provide us :

A) A valid shipping address, e-mail address, and contact phone number.

B) To Choose the payment way.

C) To activate the execution of the order by pressing the button “ORDER”.

On Holidays and Sundays, requests and orders are not processed.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery cost is 2.90 Euro.

For orders over of 99 Euros, we offer free delivery for all our customers.

At this time, we do not offer the Fixed Delivery Time service.

Delivery times vary depending of the delivery area – from 2 to 4 working days

SMELLOO.COM is not responsible in case of delay if the delay is due to the courier or other supplier.

In the case of incorrect or wrong address, contact person and / or telephone when submitting the request, smelloo.com is not bound by any obligation to perform the order.

When the goods are handed over, the user / customer or a third party signs the accompanying documents. A third person is considered any person who does not made the order, but accepts the goods for delivery and is at the address specified by the customer. In case of refusal to receive the goods, except for the cases described below, the refusal shall be considered unfounded and the Customer shall be responsible for payment of the cost of delivery and return of the goods. In case when the Customer is not found in the delivery time on the specified address or access is not provided, the Customer shall pay the additional costs related to the delivery.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices listed in our online shop smelloo.com do not include shipping costs.The prices of the goods are in euro with VAT included.

Payment methods:

1) Pay with PayPal, Visa, Master Card

2) Payment by bank transfer  – we provide an invoice with all bank details

The order will be executed after receiving the bank transfer (the bank commissions are for the client’s amount).

3) Cash on delivery – you pay to the courier and you have additional tax for this service /about 2-3 %/
