Rights and obligations of a trader

After receipt of the payment, the merchant undertakes to send to the consumer / customer the goods he has ordered for purchase, to deliver it on time, to check for the technical condition of each item before sending it (if this is possible without violating the integrity of the package).

TRADER is not liable for failure to perform its obligations under this contract in circunstances – including occasional events, problems in the global Internet network and in the provision of services beyond MERCHANT’S CONTROL
